The A. Lange & Söhne Lange 1 Ref. 191.062 was created to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Lange 1 and is limited to only 300 pieces. Its combination of a 950 platinum case and black onyx dial gives this special edition an unusually deep, minimalist appearance while retaining the asymmetric architecture that defines the Lange 1. The 38.5 mm platinum case measures approximately 10 mm thick. The black onyx dial features the characteristic off-center hours-and-minutes display, subsidiary seconds, Lange's signature outsize date, and UP/DOWN power-reserve indicator. The watch is powered by the manually wound A. Lange & Söhne Caliber L121.1. Composed of 368 parts and operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour, the movement offers approximately 72 hours of power reserve. A sapphire crystal caseback reveals the extensively hand-finished manufacture movement. The watch is paired with a black alligator leather strap and 950 platinum prong buckle.
