A Victorian 14k gold and diamond cross pendant within it's original case. Plain Latin cross, centrally inlaid with a star encrusted with 17 small cushion-shaped old-cut diamonds. Glazed locket compartment to the reverse. Not hallmarked. One small diamond missing. The glass with a crack. Overall height 6.5 cm. Weight 14.02 g. Original fitted case. Last quarter 19th century.
