A Welcoming Light - Dara Daniel

A Welcoming Light by Dara Daniel Mixed Media 30.0 x 30.0 :: The yellows bring light and warmth in the abstract painting I titled ""A Welcoming Light."" To complement the yellow I dappled in magenta and pink. Then for contrast I added blues here and there. Finally I placed large brushstrokes of a warm neutral gray to tone the painting down a tad. I aimed to express the duality in our lives and the world—dark versus light yin and yang. :: Type: Mixed Media Style: Abstract Expressionism Subject: Abstract Width: 30.0 Height: 30.0 Depth: 1.5 Weight: 10 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
