Adam Feron - Bookends (2) - Flamingos - bronze and onyx

Very fine rendering of two bronze flamingos on onyx pedestals. The flamingos stand proudly upright in a characteristic pose. Signed on both sculptures: A. Feron (Adam Feron). Adam Féron was a French sculptor who was mainly active during the Art Deco period in the 1920s and 1930s. He is especially known for his stylized, geometric and animal sculptures, which were often incorporated into functional art objects
