African Theropod - Fossil tooth - Desconocido

Scientific name: Ind Theropod Location: Kem Kem beds (Africa) Age: Cretaceous, 96 million years Tooth size: 3.8 cm REF: 4364 Description: Extremely rare tooth from a large predator of Africa’s Cretaceous. Stromer, in 1934, named this species Bahariasaurus; in recent years the name was dropped due to lack of skeletons. To this day we can only call it a theropod—what dinosaur will it be then? Tooth of very good quality, semiconical and serrated, the serrations on the ventral side remain almost intact, orange-brown in color, very good enamel.
