After Raffaello Sanzio (XIX) - Madonna della seggiola - NO RESERVE

Italian School of the 19th century, after Raffaello Sanzio. Refined painting on a metal plate depicting the Madonna of the Chair. A work of good painterly hand, preserving a beautiful chromatic depth and the sweetness proper to the Raphaelian model, with evocative ancient craquelure spread across the surface. Presented in an imposing two-tone solid wood frame, ebonized, gilded and richly ornamented with pastiglia. An ensemble of great character and presence. Overall good condition, with normal signs of aging and minor losses, consistent with its age. All visible in the images. The painting measures 21x17 cm. Overall frame dimensions approximately 33x28 cm. Offered at auction without a reserve price. Adequate packaging and fast shipping.
