Albert Gleizes (1881–1953). - Lot 115

Albert Gleizes (1881–1953). Catalog published in conjunction with the exhibition organized by the Fondation Nationale des Arts Graphiques et Plastiques in 1982. It presents the significant bequest made by Juliette Roche, which makes it possible to trace the entire career of Albert Gleizes, a key figure in French Cubism alongside Metzinger, Léger, and Delaunay. The book is richly illustrated and documents both the artist’s Cubist compositions and his theoretical and spiritual explorations during the interwar period. Illustrated paperback, large format.
