Aleksandra Belova (XX) - Chairlift

«Chairlift» Artist: Aleksandra Belova Dimensions: 30 × 40 cm Style: Landscape painting, contemporary art Aleksandra Belova is a renowned eco-activist and artist who works within the Eco Art movement (ecological art). Her creativity stems from a deep love of nature, environmental awareness, and the desire to convey the harmony between humans and their natural surroundings. Healthy living, sport, travel, and the beauty of natural landscapes occupy a fundamental place in both her life and her artistic career. These passions become a constant source of inspiration for her creations. The work “Chairlift” transports the viewer to the serenity of a winter mountain landscape, where snow-covered slopes, majestic firs, and a chairlift vanishing into the distance create a sense of freedom, quiet, and connection with nature. The delicate palette of blues, silvery tones, and graphite grays conveys the soft light of a winter day, while the expressive brushstrokes add depth, texture, and dynamism to the composition. One of the most evocative elements of the piece is the contrast between the stillness of the snowy forest and the movement of the chairlift, a symbol of humanity’s desire to discover new horizons, experience new adventures, and enjoy an active life. “Chairlift” is an invitation to contemplate the beauty of nature, feel the freedom of open spaces, and discover that inner balance that arises when a person feels part of the natural world.
