Introducing the Alessi Espresso Coffee Maker "Moka" by Alessandro Mendini: A Tribute to Tradition and Innovation. Step into a world where art, tradition, and innovation merge seamlessly with the Alessi Espresso Coffee Maker "Moka" by Alessandro Mendini. This exceptional creation is a heartfelt tribute to the inventor and designer of the iconic Moka Express, Alfonso Bialetti, who invented the Italian espresso coffee maker in the 1930s. Mendini, with a vision years in the making, took on the challenge of designing this Alessi "Moka" espresso maker for the high-end market in 2011. Drawing inspiration from Bialetti himself, Mendini expertly reinterpreted this ingenious invention, infusing it with a contemporary sensibility and an unwavering commitment to impeccable design. With its rounded shapes and sinuous, tapering profile, Mendini's "Moka" espresso coffee maker is a true embodiment of originality and innovation. Its distinctive character is immediately recognizable, leaving a lasting impression in any setting. While embracing a modern aesthetic, Mendini remains faithful to the traditional details that define the essence of the original Moka Express, meticulously enhancing and refining each formal and technical element. Every aspect of the "Moka Alessi" has been meticulously crafted to deliver the ultimate coffee experience. The thickness of the material and the volumes of containers have been optimized to ensure optimal performance. Proportions have been recalculated, and a clever partition has been introduced to direct condensation back into the container, capturing every nuance of flavor. One cannot overlook the thoughtful design of the handle, positioned parallel to the side of the coffee maker, ensuring safe and comfortable use. Mendini's attention to detail extends even to the choice of material – the "Moka Alessi" is cast in brushed and tumbled aluminum. This not only guarantees durability but also imparts a distinct flavor to the espresso, thanks to the delicate film of coffee that gradually forms on the inner walls of the coffee maker. Prepare to indulge in espresso with a fuller and more rounded flavor, an experience that sets this masterpiece apart from others made with stainless steel. The Alessi Espresso Coffee Maker "Moka" comes to you in a new and unused condition and accompanied by the original manuals. This ‘’Moka’’ is the largest size produced by Alessi. Its capacity ensures that you can enjoy rich, aromatic espresso with your loved ones Dimensions: 3 cup (Ø 9,6 cm, 15cl) Designer: Alessandro Mendini (1931 - 2019), the visionary behind this masterpiece, was a true luminary in the design world.
