Alexandre Petrus (1988) - BUILD YOUR LUCK

Alexandre Petrus (1988) - BUILD YOUR LUCK

ABOUT THE ARTWORK “Build the Luck” is a personal piece about ambition, work, risk, and the idea that luck is something we help create. At the center, a five-leaf clover replaces the traditional symbol of luck with a more deliberate path. Each leaf represents one stage: childhood and innocence, the dream, the work required to pursue it, the courage to take risks, and finally accomplishment. Together, they form a progression from imagination to achievement. The red and orange background gives the piece a vibrant, intense presence, while the layered imagery creates a composition that reveals more the longer you look at it. This artwork reflects a simple conviction: meaningful success does not happen by chance. It is built over time through vision, effort, risk, and persistence. ABOUT THE ARTIST Alexandre Petrus is a French stencil artist with a strong and instantly recognizable visual identity. His signature technique — the hand-cut double-layer stencil — separates light and shadow into two distinct stencils, layered onto a spontaneous, hand-painted abstract background. The result: a sharp, iconic figure rising from a vibrant, textured chaos of color. To date, 450+ artworks sold in 10+ countries have found their way into private collections across France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, the UAE, and the US. He has performed live painting for major French institutions including Disneyland Paris, created large-scale murals for corporate headquarters, and exhibited in several French street art festivals (Grimaud, Perpignan, Venelle). His work is currently shown at Galerie Spot 72 in Le Mans. His subjects move between mythology, pop culture icons, wildlife and emotionally charged scenes. Whatever the theme, the signature remains: precise stencil work, instinctive background, and the small smiling "AP" monogram — Alexandre's two initials fused into a face — sprayed on every original piece. Each artwork is a unique original. No prints, no identical editions: every background is painted individually and spontaneously on the canvas, making each piece different. Each hand-cut stencil is strictly limited to a maximum of 50 original artworks. Once that limit is reached, the stencil is permanently retired. A deliberate choice to preserve scarcity, protect the identity of each series, and avoid diluting the value of the work. SHIPPING The artwork is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and protective plastic film, then secured in a custom-sized cardboard box for safe international transit. The signed certificate of authenticity is included inside the package. Shipping via Colissimo or Chronopost, tracked and insured. Dispatch within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Worldwide shipping available. FOLLOW ME Instagram: @alexandrepetrus.art Website: www.ap-art.fr
