ALPINE, SCEPTER QUARTZ with albite and dolomite Crystals...

From our selection of collectible minerals we present a splendid Scepter Quartz crystal with Albite and Dolomite from Trentino, Italy. Additionally, it features a scepter-form Quartz crystal, unmistakably dressed as a truncated yellow-gold specimen with golden inclusions, set on a matrix rich in Albite and Dolomite crystals—elements that enhance its aesthetic value and mineralogical significance. The specimen stands out for its crystallization quality and overall aesthetic balance, with features that highlight its natural structure and visual impact. Quartz scepters form when, after a growth interruption, a new crystal develops around the apex of an existing stem, resulting in this characteristic broad shape. The alpine fissures of Trentino-Alto Adige are renowned among collectors for quartz crystals of great clarity, often in association with Albite and Dolomite that form in the same hydrothermal cavities during the Alpine metamorphism. The yellow-golden color of the crystal is due to thin inclusions of iron oxides along the growth surfaces. This is an ideal specimen for mineral collections, display, and for those who appreciate the natural beauty of minerals, also within the realm of crystal therapy and lithotherapy, according to the properties traditionally associated with the mineral species. All minerals are 100% natural and untreated, with rare exceptions always indicated in the description. Photographs are taken with professional lighting to best showcase colors and details; however, slight variations in hue may occur depending on the device or ambient light.
