AMAZING NO RESERVE Golden Calcite on a Heulandite Druse...

A striking cabinet specimen from Jalgaon District, Maharashtra, India, weighing over one kilogram and featuring a remarkably transparent pale golden calcite crystal measuring an impressive 7 cm on its own. Its warm hue and lustrous faces make it the focal point of this rich mineral association. Pale green apophyllite crystals and delicate stilbite clusters are scattered across a drusy heulandite matrix, displaying a beautiful variety of crystal habits. The contrast between the golden calcite, soft green apophyllite and surrounding white crystals offers fascinating details from every angle. A crack in the matrix has been repaired and is visible from the back only, as shown in the attached photograph.
