Vintage cigarette holder featuring a mouthpiece of cloudy orange and yellow-swirl amber. The central barrel is constructed of carved meerschaum, joined to the mouthpiece and tip by two sterling silver bands. Both bands and the tip aperture display embossed foliate and floral scrollwork. Marks are present on the bands. The object is accompanied by a hard-shell fitted presentation case with a textured exterior and lined interior.
