Amethyst Geode - Height: 22.75 cm - Width: 19.5 cm- 7.8 kg - (1)

A geode is a hollow rock with a gemstone inside. They are formed under pressure during volcanic processes. The formation of amethyst in the geode often begins with quartz, which during volcanic processes is molten and seeps through cracks in rock, cools and solidifies. The amethyst develops its purple color due to the presence of iron and titanium. The amethyst crystals are often hexagonal. In sunlight amethysts can fade but by irradiation with radium their purple color can be restored. Besides the fact that they look beautiful, many people also believe that amethyst geodes can influence energies in our body and in the home. Amethysts are associated within chakra philosophy and crystal healing with the two upper chakras (energy centers in the body), namely the brow chakra and the crown chakra. The atoms that make up the stones emit vibrations. Atoms in our body also vibrate. In metaphysics, ‘high vibrations’ are linked to the spiritual and positive, and ‘low vibrations’ are associated with the earth and more negative mental states, such as depression. This geode comes from Brazil. It is kept in a dark space. The amethyst has a nice shape. The color is somewhat purple and the geode contains a number of beautiful details. To let the geode stand well, it is finished, as is customary with geodes, with cement and anthracite paint. For the photos, a light was used to illuminate the inside well. Carefully packed and shipped with a track and trace code.
