Closed-back setting with a round rock crystal cabochon backed with a mother-of-pearl plaque, the reverse engraved as an intaglio with a coloured depiction of a pug's head en face. Not hallmarked. Diameter 1.90 cm. Weight 5.42 g. England, first third of 19th century.
