An 18k white gold diamond and ruby cabochon cocktail brooch. Domed openwork rosette design, fully set with 49 brilliant-cut diamonds (total approx. 5.88 ct, central stone approx. 0.60 ct, K/M, VS/SI) and 28 oval ruby cabochons. Hinged brooch fitting with double pin and sliding safety catch. Hallmarks: Fineness 750, "Kern", numbered 7474. 44.5 x 49.8 cm. Weight 44.15 g. René Kern, Düsseldorf, 1970s.
