An Art Deco walnut display cabinet

of drum form, the doors with bakelite handles opening to glass shelves within, raised on cabriole legs 130.5 x 91.5 x 35cm, Condition Report This item is in restored condition with sympathetic restoration to losses to the veneer around the outside of the doors as you might expect. The overall colour is somewhat faded with one or two darker patches (there is a long narrow scratch to the centre approximately 20 cm long, but generally the colour is fairly even. The pair of doors clip shut to either side firmly and mainly sit flush against the body of the cabinet on both sides. there are four glass shelves to the fitted interior. The base has an area of staining to the top of the left-hand leg suggesting restoration to a split and a pinned joint. the cabinet sits relatively firmly on its legs with only minor wobble.
