ANONYMOUS 18K gold (750) calendar pocket watch, white enamel dial, black railway-track minute track, Roman numeral hour markers in black decals, gold pear-shaped hands, small seconds at six o’clock, moon phase at noon with a railway-track scale indicating the moon’s age. Hinged front cover in 18K gold (750 thousandths). Hinged case back in 18K gold (750 thousandths), guilloché-engraved and decorated with a blank central cartouche; openwork dial (disc) with central hands indicating the day and date. Mechanical movement with manual winding via a pendant, lever escapement. Watch was functional at the time of appraisal; no guarantee of future operation or condition of parts. Scratches on the case; cracks in the enamel. Late 19th century Diameter 51 mm Gross weight 108.6 grams
