The face blends into a composition in shades of pink, purple and orange, streaked with drips and traces of spray. The patterns repeated in the background and the graffiti-like gestures add rhythm to this work, while leaving room for a soft and contemplative expression. Born in 1987, Antoine Stevens is a French artist whose career began in graffiti. He combines acrylic painting and spray on canvas to make the portrait dialogue with urban art. In his works, the female figure and the expression of the gaze occupy a central place.
