Scrapes and bump marks on the binding, spine damaged: cracks, loss of leather at the head and tail of the spine, left hinge open. Front board and endpaper loose. Worm tracks beneath the boards and endpapers on the fore-edge. Interior browned, here and there a spot, damp stain at the top from the beginning to about page 30 and from about page 235 to the end. Some foxing on a few leaves. Two scribbles on the recto and verso of the last leaf (with the printer’s vignette) / Tear at the bottom inside margin of leaf 1/2, about 3 cm Printer’s vignette on the last leaf and title vignette.
