Very beautiful and ancient Japanese plate in Arita porcelain dating from the Edo period of the 18th century. This beautiful and rare plate is distinguished by a polylobed shape and a remarkable fully painted polychrome decoration, depicting a samurai on horseback accompanied by a figure, in a Japanese landscape alive with rocks, blooming trees and architectural elements. There are still the marks of the original metal fittings. In good condition for a piece of this age. No chips or cracks.
