Arnold Mini Rallye autobaan. 1:64 - Model car

Arnold Mini Rallye race track. Track on which battery-powered string toy cars (die-cast) run around. Dating to somewhere in the late 1960s / early 1970s. By attaching a magnet to the underside of the car, it is pulled by a metal string that rotates and is powered by an electric motor running on 3x D-type batteries (not included). Total length of the track: 115 cm. Box dimensions: 40x30 cm. Completely in very neat condition. Track pieces, grandstand (=battery holder) and accessories as new. The tape will have decayed by now, but it’s nice to have. A number of magnets still present (those brown strips). The motor runs well, but a new string is needed between the motor and the track. The original has completely decayed (red plastic broken in the loose photo), probably easy to make with an elastic band or something similar; I’m not particularly handy, so I’ll stay away from it. The box is good with nice bright colors.

Estimate:£127.08
