The central panel features a Japonisme motif depicting a figure in a kimono holding a lantern on a pole, surrounded by chrysanthemum blossoms and flowering branches. The neck is adorned with fleur-de-lis and fan motifs, flanked by stylized scroll handles with avian-inspired details. The base is incised with the number 2028 above a cursive letter B.
