Attractive Louis XV style French boulle and gilt metal bracket clock, the 4" gilt metal dial with enamel cartouche Roman numerals bearing a plaque signed Maple & Co Ltd, Paris, signed eight day drum movement no. 2960, striking the half hours and hours on a gong, the ornate case with fine brass inlay and glazed side panels with glazed front door displaying the sunburst pendulum to the inlaid interior, applied with classical gilt metal cast mounts and surmounted with a cherub finial, 16" high (with pendulum)
