Platin 950, Gehäuse dreifach gestempelt mit Schweizer Punze für Platin 950 sowie Zusatz "G" für Genfer Kontrollbehörde, Gehäusenummer 21988. Extraflaches Handaufzug-Werk (Bauhöhe nur 2,2 mm) mit Gold-Räderwerk, Ankerrad-Deckstein, Perlage und Genfer Streifen, signiert "Audemars Piguet & Co., Brassus & Geneve", Werknummer 21988, gute Gangwerte (+12s/Tag, 240° Amplitude, gemessen mit Krone oben). Silbernes Two-Tone Zifferblatt mit abwechselnd vertikalem und horizontalen Schliff, applizierten Stabindizes und kleiner Sekunde, sign. "Audemars Geneve", Stabzeiger. Altersentsprechend guter Zustand mit sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren am Gehäuse, Zifferblatt vermutlich später restauriert. Durchmesser ca. 43,5 mm gemessen ohne Krone und Bügel. | AUDEMARS PIGUET & Co. GENEVA rare ultra-thin open-face pocket watch. Approx. 1918. 950 platinum; case triple-hallmarked with the Swiss hallmark for 950 platinum and the additional “G” for the Geneva Control Office; case number 21988. Extra-thin manual-winding movement (height only 2.2 mm) with gold gear train, escape wheel cap, perlage, and Côtes de Genève, signed “Audemars Piguet & Co., Brassus & Geneve,” movement number 21988, good accuracy (+12 seconds/day, 240° amplitude, measured with the crown at the top). Silver two-tone dial with alternating vertical and horizontal brushing, applied baton indices, and small seconds, signed “Audemars Geneve,” baton hands. In good condition for its age with visible signs of wear on the case; the dial was likely restored at a later date. Diameter approx. 43.5 mm measured without the crown and bow.
