Aurora - Thesi – Argento sterling 925 - Pen

Aurora Thesi in solid 925 sterling silver with hallmark, iconic design by Marco Zanuso Working mechanism and loaded refill and pen ready for writing. An extraordinary expression of Italian design applied to writing, the Aurora Thesi was born in 1974 from the creative genius of Marco Zanuso, one of the great masters of 20th-century industrial design. Its ultra-flat, essential and geometric silhouette represents a true aesthetic innovation, so much so that the Thesi project became part of the prestigious permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. This refined specimen stands out for its construction in solid 925 sterling silver, evidenced by the original hallmark on the body. The satin finish enhances the pen's architectural lines, characterized by the unmistakable oblique tip, the slim metal clip, and the distinctive retractable mechanism. Each element reflects the pursuit of balance between formal elegance and functionality that made Aurora's production famous. A version particularly interesting for its execution in precious metal, which unites the charm of silver with the purity of Italian rationalist design. A writing object rich in personality, capable of distinguishing itself both in a collection of signature pens and among the most representative examples of 20th-century Italian design. Tracked shipping and careful packaging; low-cost couriers will not be used.
