Silver coin belonging to the early issues of the First Republic of Austria following the dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The obverse shows the national coat of arms flanked by laurel branches, symbolizing the stability and sovereignty of the new republican state, while the reverse features a detailed view of the Vienna Parliament building, with excellent architectural definition and good relief depth. The specimen retains an attractive original luster with clean fields and well-marked reliefs, in line with the MS64 grade, making it a particularly attractive piece within this emblematic Austrian republican series.
