Autori Vari - Italia in Bocca. 16 books - 1976-1981

Collection of 16 volumes from the famous series “In Bocca,” published in Palermo by Edizioni Il Vespro from 1976 and later by Edikronos. It is one of the most sought-after Italian cookery book series by collectors, both in Italy and abroad. Each volume tells the cuisine of a region with traditional recipes, proverbs, poems, and texts in dialect, translated into Italian and English.
