B.R.M presents the Birotor, the only watch with a movement manufactured in France. A multitude of technical innovations makes this piece an extraordinary example of watchmaking. The movement of the BRM-Precitime is suspended by four carbon-fiber mounts, which are fitted into four shock absorbers with conical springs from our Isolastic system (certified), creating a rigid yet shock-damping framework that is identical to that of racing cars. The BRM-Precitime Birotor automatic movement is unique among luxury watches, as it has two rotors connected to a differential that resembles that of a car. The two rotors are mounted on dual ceramic rotor bearings, and their weights are made of tantalum. The 40 x 48 mm titanium case is fastened to the lugs with functional hex screws, which allow adjustment in three positions. The crown takes the shape of a sprocket gear, sitting on top of another gear.
