This splendid Italian-made twill fabric is a true tribute to Mediterranean tradition and the craftsmanship of Made in Italy. The pattern features a rich patchwork of decorative tiles reminiscent of the classic Caltagirone, Vietri sul Mare, and Mediterranean maiolicas. In the color palette, the vivid shades of cobalt blue, blue, lemon yellow, gold/mustard, emerald green and Siena earth dominate, all highlighted by a crisp white background. The variety of interwoven geometric and floral motifs gives great dynamism and a summery, sunny and refined atmosphere. The twill weave, with diagonal ribs, gives the fabric excellent resistance, a pleasant feel to the touch and a soft yet structured drape. The union of linen and cotton combines the freshness, breathability and noble texture of linen with the softness and easy maintenance of cotton. With a weight of 2 kg for a size of 540 x 155 cm (about 240 g/m^2), it presents as a medium-to-heavy weight fabric, sturdy and opaque.
