This splendid fabric represents the textile excellence of Italian tradition, coming directly from the prestigious Biella district. Made entirely in 100% pure Alpaca wool, the fabric combines a rich texture, soft drape, and exceptional thermal insulation with a substantial, enveloping weight. The surface features the classic, unmistakable bouclé knots, curls, and eyelets. This three-dimensional weaving gives the fabric a textured, incredibly soft and pleasant feel to the touch, providing an attractive and dynamic appearance to the eye. The fabric boasts a refined macro-check pattern (Tartan style). The dominant base color is a deep and sophisticated mustard/ochre yellow, masterfully interwoven with vertical and horizontal contrasting lines. We find vibrant accents of blue and aqua green, warm shades of olive green and emerald green, black, white, pink, red, purple…. It is a unique fabric, made of 100% Pure Alpaca Wool (noted for being warmer, lighter and more resistant than traditional wool, as well as naturally lustrous). Size 480 x 160 cm. A generous length that offers great freedom of cutting. Weight 2.3 kg (equivalent to a density of about 300 g/m²), placing it in the mid-winter weight category, ideal for structured yet soft garments.
