Barbara Bixby designer cocktail ring in sterling silver and 18 karat yellow gold, featuring a central four-petal flower motif set with four oval-cut light blue topaz stones surrounding a small round white topaz. The ornate shank exhibits signature granulation, geometric decoration, and two 18 karat yellow gold floral accents on the shoulders. An impressed mark on the inner shank shows a stylized script monogram followed by the name Bixby and 925. The opposite inner shank is impressed 18K, and CHINA. Ring size: 5.
