Lady Aurelia – The Last Light of Vienna An atmospheric fictional portrait of Lady Aurelia von Valenne, an imagined aristocratic woman from early 20th-century Vienna. Behind her elegant appearance lies a story of mystery, independence and secrets. Dressed in ivory and adorned with elaborate jewellery, Aurelia was known in Vienna society as “The Silent Lady”. This painting captures what could have been her final evening before mysteriously leaving the city forever. The warm skin tones, luminous dress, elaborate earrings and dark, expressive background create a dramatic contrast, while her sideways gaze suggests that she knows something the viewer does not. …… About BarBeni: Behzad Mojarad Bigdeli, known by his stage name “BarBeni,” was born in 1981 in Tehran, Iran.
