Barbotine - Drinking service (7) - Terracotta - Tree-trunk water pitcher, cups

Pitcher with 6 matching mugs, beautifully designed as if carved on a tree trunk. Complete with relief, knots and a natural-looking wood grain texture. Executed in terracotta with brown relief and a handsome brown-green glaze. The look is reminiscent of majolica and barbotine. Dated around 1900. Due to its completeness, a splendid piece for the collector. Given its age, the set is in very good condition. Only one mug has a small chip. Dimensions: Pitcher approx. 17 × 11 × 21.5 cm Mugs approx. 11 × 8 × 9 cm tall. A very decorative and unusual set with a wonderful appearance. The photos are part of the description.
