Bercovici

Original China ink drawing by Philippe Bercovici for the Kostar Le Magnifique series The series began its prepublication in the famous Circus magazine (by Glénat) starting with issue 79 in 1984. Bercovici drew there this “cowardly,” corrupt and completely crazy hero in the middle of a filthy medieval world. The pages from that era were never collected into an album with Bercovici’s drawings. It’s a very, very beautiful panel.
