Blue Topaz Double Band Ring

ESTIMATED RETAIL PRICE: $2,250* *This is the estimated value a piece of similar quality, craftsmanship, and characteristics could command at retail. A continuous sequence of open-bezel blue topaz runs around this double-row band, totaling 8.55 carats. Open bezels leave the pavilion of each stone exposed, so light passes through the topaz from below rather than stopping at a solid back — the reason the band reads bright rather than heavy. The double row gives real width without the mass a solid band would carry.
