Bolex 421 - Professionele 16mm geluidsfilmprojector –...

Very attractive and complete Bolex 421 professional 16mm sound film projector from the 1970s, in working order. A particularly beautiful and imposing example of the well-known Bolex 421, developed for the projection of 16mm film with sound. This was a solidly built semi-professional/professional system, intended for film clubs, educational institutions, collectors and serious film enthusiasts. The projector is equipped with a Bolex Hi-Fi 35–65 mm f/1.6 projection lens. The unit supports 16mm film and features extensive adjustment options for projection and sound playback. The offered specimen has been tested working. The projector switches on, the internal lighting functions and the projection lamp burns, as clearly visible in the photos. The mechanism runs and the controls respond. The overall condition is very well kept for its age. Of particular attractiveness is the completeness of this set. Included are, among other things, the original multilingual user manuals, original Bolex documentation, power cord, original Bolex box with a 16mm film splicer / assembly device, cleaning brush and other depicted accessories. The projector has a large built-in removable protective cover with carrying handle. The cover also houses the built-in speaker. Therefore the whole forms a compact portable projection set. The interior is exceptionally nicely accessible and neatly laid out. The film guides, pressure rollers, transport rollers, control elements and sound section are clearly visible and appear complete. Total weight of the offered lot: approx. 20 kg. insured shipping.
