Borske Sklo - Vase - Crystal - Rainbow Vase Rozinek

Rainbow vase, designed by the Czech master glassmaker Josef Rozínek (1911–1992). Produced in the 1960s by the glass factory Borské Sklo. This particular organically shaped model is known in the Czech Republic as the "Váza duhová" (rainbow vase) due to the lively interplay of layered colors. The vase is made using a technique that closely resembles the Italian Sommerso style, in which several layers of colored glass (in this case green, amber yellow, and pink/violet) are encased within a thick, clear glass layer. Photos are part of the description. The vase is in very good condition and will be carefully packaged for shipping.
