Box - .925 silver - Vintage gift set

Elegant vintage jewelry box, bound in burgundy red leather and with a soft beige interior. The lid is adorned with a rich relief design depicting a fish or koi surrounded by waves and stylized aquatic motifs. The metal part bears the 925 hallmark, indicating silver of 925/1000 fineness. Other hallmarks nearby appear to correspond to Italian manufacture. The center of the design also bears an engraved monogram, likely the initials of the former owner. The box opens with a metal hinge and reveals inside a single compartment fully lined with soft beige material, intended for jewelry or small precious objects. The piece is in vintage good condition, with normal signs of age and use: fine scratches and patina on the silver as well as a few small marks on the leather. Please inspect the photographs carefully, which are an integral part of the description.
