Ca. 43 x 10 mm, ca. 6.4 g, 14K white gold, brooch fastening on the reverse, front set with 4 old-cut diamonds ranging from ca. 0.25 ct to ca. 0.30 ct, also set with small rose-cut diamonds, total diamond weight ca. 1.35 ct, millegrain decoration, old handcrafted work, very fine antique jewellery.
