Painting purchased on November 29, 1951 by my grandfather Émile JOYAUX, a Bordeaux industrialist, from the artist himself, Gabriel BRUN-BUISSON, during his annual exhibition at Galerie Cambacérès, 15 rue la Boétie, Paris 8th. The artist, a painter, residing at 6 rue de Passy, Paris 5th. The painting depicts the medieval church of Saint-Julien-le-Pauvre, Paris 5th, in the Latin Quarter. Most of this information was noted by the artist on the back of the painting. Double signature in the lower left and upper left corners + name on the frame Frame dimensions 71 x 55 x 5 Dimensions of the painting under glass 53 x 36
