Listed on www.bruno-cantais.com and allouardgallery.com According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais’s market value in 2021 was approximately 600–2000 euros for his paintings and multiples prints, making him a relatively affordable artist for art collectors. A compulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon; he explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism in the manner of Rauschenberg or De Kooning, to material projections in the style of Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage or to Karel Appel’s expressionism, which traverse the boundaries between abstract gesture and figurative representation. But his signature remains this physical painting, this matter worked by the body, a testament to the artist’s intimate monologue. An artist represented at the Galerie Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France, Gallery Modern Dutchart in the Netherlands. Listed by Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Atelier Maeght in 2005.
