Bulova Aerojet Automatic 97A136 – Open Heart – 21 Jewels – Rose Gold – Full Set Elegant Bulova Aerojet Automatic, reference 97A136, a refined mechanical timepiece characterised by the combination of a rose gold-colored case, light dial and brown leather strap. The model belongs to Bulova's historic Aerojet collection and offers a classic and elegant design enriched by the Open Heart opening at 6 o'clock, through which you can observe the heart of the mechanical movement in operation. Brand: Bulova Collection: Aerojet Automatic Reference: 97A136 Movement: Bulova/Miyota 82S0 automatic mechanical Jewels: 21 Jewels Power reserve: approximately 40–42 hours Functions: hours, minutes and seconds Case diameter: 41 mm Thickness: approximately 12 mm Case material: stainless steel Finish: rose gold color plating/PVD Dial: light, silver/ivory tone Crystal: mineral Case back: transparent with exhibition movement Strap: brown leather with alligator-effect finish Lugs: 20 mm Clasp: Bulova pin buckle Water resistance: 3 bar / 30 meters Included: Bulova box The heart of the watch is the automatic caliber 82S0, a 21-jewel mechanical movement powered by the natural motion of the wrist with a power reserve of about 40–42 hours. It does not require a battery. One of the most captivating elements is the Open Heart aperture at 6 o'clock, which allows direct viewing of part of the movement, including the oscillating balance wheel. A detail that adds dynamism to an otherwise very clean and classic dial. The dial presents a refined light tone with a slightly satin finish, paired with applied indices and hands in rose gold. At 12 o'clock is the characteristic Bulova applied symbol, while to the right of the aperture are the inscriptions “Automatic – 21 Jewels.” The case measures 41 mm in diameter and is made of stainless steel with an elegant rose gold color finish. The polished and satin surfaces enhance the slim lines of the case and lugs. The crown is customized with the Bulova logo, another detail that underscores the watch's aesthetic care. Completing the watch is an elegant brown leather strap, with alligator-effect stitching and light interior branded Bulova. The rose gold-colored buckle is also customized with the brand logo. The model also features a transparent case back, allowing you to admire the automatic movement from the rear of the watch. The crystal is mineral and the stated water resistance is 3 bar / 30 meters. Bulova is a maison founded in New York in 1875 by Joseph Bulova and, over its long history, has stood out for the fusion of watchmaking tradition, technical innovation, and American design. The Aerojet carries forward this heritage through a classic vintage-inspired style paired with modern automatic mechanics. The offered piece presents in excellent aesthetic condition, with case, dial, crystal and strap well preserved, as visible in the photographs. Condition: 9.5/10 The watch is supplied with its Bulova box, ideal also for collectors or as an elegant gift idea. A particularly successful timepiece for those seeking an elegant automatic that is not overly formal, with the added charm of the mechanical movement visible through the dial. Fast, insured, and fully trackable worldwide shipping. The watch will be carefully packed to ensure maximum protection during transport. 24/7 after-sales support service, available even after delivery for any buyer needs.
