The magnificent BVLGARI "Parentesi Cocktail" necklace in 18 carat white gold features a fine 18 carat white gold Link chain alternating with circular openwork links set with brilliant-cut diamonds, round motifs in blue topaz and Amethyst, and ending with a large round faceted blue topaz held by a ring set with brilliant-cut diamonds. Total diamond weight approx. 1 carat. Signed BVLGARI 750, Italian Hallmarks.
