Otto Schulz was aGerman born who had a huge impact on Swedish design during the first half of the 20th century. He started his own firm BOET in Gothenburg in 1920 as well as the influential interior magazine with the same name. Schulz developed and patented several techniques which he came back to in his designs, namely "Bopint", "Botarsia" and "Bosaik". All of which where synonymous with his designs.
