Splendid and original jug in Italian artistic ceramic, handmade and hand-painted by the historic CAMA Deruta manufactory. A magnificent example of studio ceramics in Mid-Century Modern style, characterized by bold lines, sculptural design and a lively aesthetic inspired by tourism and popular culture. ​Manifattura: CAMA Deruta, Umbria, Italia. ​Periodo stimato: Mid-20th century (1950s - 1960s). ​Decorazione: On one side the inscription "Alberobello" is finely hand-painted, accompanied by the typical Apulian trulli among stylized trees; on the opposite side there are stylized drawings. The body presents a refined wood-grain-like veneer finish, while the upper edge and handle showcase a black geometric motif with raised white dashes.
