Candelabrum (2) - Metal - Adam and Eve couple

Vintage metal candelabra pair made in Spain, approximately between 1940 and 1960. They feature an interesting figurative composition inspired by the biblical account of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. In each piece, Adam and Eve appear beside the Tree of Knowledge, around whose trunk the serpent coils. The figures and the tree are relief-sculpted and rest on ornate bases. At the bottom there are manufacturing marks preserved, including the inscription “SPAIN,” visible in the photographs. Approximate dimensions of each piece: 20 × 10 × 5 cm. They retain an attractive antique patina and show normal signs of aging and use, such as wear, small stains, and surface oxidation. The photographs are an integral part of the description and show in detail the conservation status of both pieces. A very decorative and original pair of candelabra, especially interesting for its biblical iconography.
