Candlestick Art Deco / Bauhaus - Metal

Modernist Candlestick in Art Deco / Bauhaus Style – Metal with Brass-Tone Accents – ca 1950 A sculptural candlestick inspired by the iconic design traditions of the Art Deco and Bauhaus eras. This piece immediately stands out for its graphic and spatial form language, where clean geometric lines and functionality come together in harmony. The design features a striking circular structure mounted on a stable, round base, subtly accented by playful, dynamic spheres with a warm brass-tone finish (ball accents). The interplay of lines evokes early modernist and cosmic motifs (planetary or atomic design), giving the piece a distinctively chic and timeless appeal. A wonderful decorative interior object that suits both eclectic, industrial, and minimalist interiors.
