Crafted by the world-renowned Brasserie Cantillon in Brussels, this special cuvée is one of the ultimate holy grails of fruited lambic production. The Lou Pepe Kriek features an intense addition of 300 grams of sour cherries per liter, macerated in a strict blend of two-year-old lambics aged entirely in select used Bordeaux wine barrels. Secondary carbonation is achieved in the bottle by adding a small amount of sweet liquor before corking.
