card-reading lamp / hinged lamp - Brass

A particularly beautiful old reading lamp that was, among other uses, used for reading land charts aboard. The lamp still looks good with a nice patina. It can be rotated in all directions thanks to its two hinges. This will surely not look out of place in a nautical setting or maritime collection. But of course it can also be used as a desk lamp. The light source is included. A large number of photos have been added so the lamp’s condition can be assessed well. Also a photo showing the lamp lit. The light source is included but the buyer can of course choose their own light source. Photos are part of the description. The lamp is packed very carefully, sent by registered mail and insured with a track-and-trace code. Please see my other listings and possibly save on shipping costs. Will not be shipped to the United States.

Estimate:£2.5
